Executive – Communication & Marketing

About the role

Casa Deyra, a home‑rental management company operating over 100 serviced accommodations in Kathmandu, is seeking a motivated Executive – Communication & Marketing. You will support both internal and external communication efforts, helping to attract and retain guests across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies.
• Create, edit, and distribute communication materials for guests and partners.
• Respond to guest inquiries on social media platforms and online travel agencies (OTAs).
• Handle business leads, follow up with potential clients, and manage correspondence.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure smooth guest transfers and service delivery.
• Maintain effective communication across digital platforms and business channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or Hospitality from a recognized institution.
• Experience in marketing or communication, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Proven ability to interact professionally with guests, clients, and partners.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and business development activities is a plus.

Required skills

• Social media marketing.
• Familiarity with OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia.
• Comfortable using various smartphone applications.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
