Field Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to manage sales activities across the Kathmandu Valley. The role involves building strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring product availability, and supporting day‑to‑day sales operations. Fresh graduates are welcome, while candidates with FMCG experience will be given preference.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retail partners within the assigned territory and monitor stock levels.
• Take orders and collect payments when stock is low or out of stock.
• Ensure product displays comply with merchandising guidelines.
• Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with new and existing retail partners.
• Submit regular sales and market updates to the reporting manager.

Required profile

• Minimum +2 or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; FMCG sales experience is an advantage.
• Own a personal two‑wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within Kathmandu Valley.
• Self‑motivated with a customer‑focused approach.
