Financial Analyst

About the role

Now Exit is a U.S. market M&A advisory firm that assists business owners through sale, growth, and exit processes. We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support our advisory team with financial analysis, modeling, and the creation of executive‑level presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models and perform valuation analyses.
• Conduct company, industry, and market research.
• Analyze financial and business data to support M&A and investment decisions.
• Prepare client‑ready presentations, reports, and investment materials.
• Support senior team members in delivering high‑quality advisory work.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Financial Advisory, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong interest in M&A, investments, and financial advisory.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team.
