Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Strategic Finance Leader

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic finance professional to lead the financial direction of a prominent holding company. The CFO will drive financial discipline, support sustainable growth, and partner with senior leadership on key business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integrated financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long‑term strategy.
• Provide strategic decision‑making support through financial analysis, business modelling and scenario planning.
• Strengthen financial systems, controls and reporting frameworks using SAP‑enabled budgeting and performance monitoring.
• Oversee MIS reporting, variance analysis and performance reviews to deliver actionable insights.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking facilities and liquidity.
• Optimize creditor management and payment cycles.
• Develop financing strategies and structured funding solutions for expansion.
• Lead treasury operations, including foreign exchange management and hedging.
• Maintain relationships with banks, insurers, auditors and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, tax and audit requirements while maintaining internal controls.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA or CFA are highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 + years of progressive leadership experience in finance, preferably within manufacturing, trading, FMCG, agri‑business or diversified environments.
• Proven expertise in financial strategy, treasury management, capital planning, taxation and performance management.
• Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
