About the role
The Food & Beverage Attendant (Waiter) will work on‑site at Hotel Goodwill, providing exceptional service across the restaurant, bar, room service, banquet and events areas. This role offers hands‑on experience in multiple F&B outlets and exposure to overall hotel operations.
Key responsibilities
- Take and serve food and beverage orders with speed, accuracy and a guest‑first mindset.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas.
- Ensure food preparation and service meet quality standards.
- Assist with restaurant, bar, room service, banquet and event operations.
Required profile
- Knowledge of food & beverage handling and serving.
- Experience in customer service and problem solving.
- English communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Ability to use computer PMS software for order taking.
