Tour Executive – Distillery Tour and Visitor Experience

About the role

The Tour Executive will lead engaging guided tours at a distillery plant, sharing the brand story, production processes, and product knowledge with visitors. This role ensures a safe, memorable experience while supporting brand engagement and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct guided distillery tours using approved routes, scripts, and safety protocols.
• Manage tour bookings from phone and website, coordinating dates and group sizes with production to avoid disruptions.
• Register and escort visitors, enforce PPE requirements, and protect confidential areas from unauthorized access or photography.
• Lead product‑tasting sessions, explaining aroma, taste, and finish of each offering.
• Collect visitor feedback, maintain tour records, track satisfaction metrics, and suggest improvements.
• Support brand events, trade visits, and other visitor‑engagement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (science background up to 10+2 level preferred).
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, tourism, or visitor engagement is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities in English, Nepali, and Hindi.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with the confidence to guide groups of 10‑15 visitors.
• Organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills with a focus on safety compliance.
