About the role
You will be the face of Accor's food & beverage experience, providing warm, personal attention and expert knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings to make each guest feel unique and valued.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with menu items, providing informative and helpful recommendations.
- Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Required profile
- Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Capable of working well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented mindset, collaborating effectively with colleagues.
