About the role

We are looking for a friendly, organized and proactive Front Desk Associate to manage daily front‑office operations at Gurukul Commerce Academy. As the first point of contact for students, parents and visitors, you will help create a welcoming and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, students and parents in a courteous manner.
  • Answer, direct and follow up on phone calls, emails and general inquiries.
  • Maintain student records, registration forms and related documentation.
  • Manage class schedules, post notices and update communication channels.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and basic reporting.

Required profile

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
