Front Office Associate (Hybrid)

About the role

Vasista Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Associate to join its team in Ilam. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site guest interaction with occasional remote work, ensuring smooth front‑desk operations and high guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and handle reception desk duties.
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and payment processing.
• Address service requests, resolve basic guest issues, and keep the lobby and front‑desk area orderly.
• Support shift coverage, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on courteous communication.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum high school diploma; hospitality or related qualification is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and flexible schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic hotel management or reservation systems.
• Comfortable using MS Office and email for daily tasks.
