Furniture Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Furniture Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives across Nepal. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our distribution network while establishing robust sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including dealers, distributors, and institutional clients nationwide.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and ensure high satisfaction through effective after‑sales support.
• Manage revenue recovery and timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Expand and oversee the company’s channel distribution network.
• Implement and improve sales reporting systems, processes, and team accountability.
• Conduct regular market visits to capture opportunities, monitor competitors, and gather insights.
• Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Prepare forecasts, reports, and performance updates for senior management.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, and after‑sales management, preferably in the furniture or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Nepalese market with extensive field sales exposure.
• Proven track record in channel development, dealer management, and client relationship management.
• Experience in revenue generation and payment recovery.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑driven, result‑oriented, and willing to travel across Nepal as needed.
