About the role

We are looking for a Sales Business Development Executive to expand our client base and turn creative capabilities into tangible business opportunities. You will work closely with the creative team to understand client needs and deliver tailored digital marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, brands, businesses, and organizations.
• Generate leads through calls, messages, email, networking, and meetings.
• Pitch our creative and digital marketing services to prospects.
• Convert leads into paying clients and nurture long‑term partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of generating leads and acquiring clients.
• Confidence in approaching and communicating with decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and proactive.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, or creative services is a plus.
