Germany Counselor – Study Abroad Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a professional Germany Counselor to guide Nepali students who aspire to study in Germany. The role involves providing end‑to‑end support, from initial counseling to visa assistance, ensuring each student’s journey is smooth and successful.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct personalized counseling sessions to assess academic background, career goals, and study‑abroad interests.
• Provide detailed information on German universities, programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and immigration procedures.
• Assist students in shortlisting suitable institutions and achieving quarterly conversion targets.
• Guide applicants through document preparation, essay reviews, and standardized test recommendations.
• Explain estimated study costs, explore financial aid options, and support visa application processes.
• Represent the consultancy at education fairs, workshops, and build relationships with partner institutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in educational consultancy or study‑abroad counseling.
• Strong understanding of study‑abroad processes, admissions, and visa requirements.
• High integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
