Growth & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Growth & Marketing Executive to drive the expansion of Hype, our sports venue discovery and booking platform. You will work hands‑on to acquire new venue partners, build brand awareness, and experiment with user‑acquisition strategies as we enter our launch and growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential sports venues and maintain a partner database.
• Contact venue owners via calls, messages and email, introduce Hype, and arrange meetings.
• Visit venues, understand owners' challenges, and onboard them through self‑managed or Hype‑managed models.
• Develop and execute social‑media campaigns, coordinate with designers and video editors, and manage the content calendar.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, sports communities, clubs, colleges and teams.
• Organise tournaments and community events, and test various user‑acquisition tactics.
• Track acquisition metrics, campaign performance and report on measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking with business owners.
• Confident in making cold calls and conducting in‑person meetings.
• Good understanding of social‑media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
