Hospitality Consultant

About the role

Venus Job is seeking a full‑time Hospitality Consultant to work on‑site in Kathmandu. You will partner with hospitality clients to evaluate their operations, suggest improvements, and help implement best practices across front‑office and food‑and‑beverage functions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site service audits and operational assessments for hotels, resorts and restaurants.
• Design and deliver training workshops and on‑the‑job coaching for hospitality staff.
• Prepare clear reports with actionable recommendations for client management.
• Collaborate with client teams to implement process enhancements and monitor progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality consulting or supervisory roles within hotels, resorts or restaurants.
• Strong background in training design and delivery for hospitality personnel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Organizational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field is preferred.
