HR and Executive Operations Manager

About the role

The HR and Executive Operations Manager will act as the vital link between the CEO, employees and all departments at Apala Jewels. In addition to traditional HR duties, the role ensures that management decisions, meetings and cross‑department initiatives are clearly communicated, tracked and completed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, offer and joining letters, onboarding, probation tracking and performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, payroll documentation and HR files.
• Handle employee relations including grievances, disciplinary actions, resignations, exit interviews and final settlements.
• Coordinate CEO directives by translating them into actionable tasks, assigning owners, setting deadlines and monitoring progress.
• Maintain a CEO Action & Follow‑Up Tracker and ensure timely follow‑up on high‑priority items across multiple departments.
• Preserve confidentiality of sensitive information and escalate issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources or people operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi‑department projects and follow‑through on executive instructions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
