HR Head

About the role

The HR Head will lead Agro Thai Foods' Human Resources function, driving strategies that support organizational growth, employee engagement, and talent management. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure HR practices align with the company’s goals and values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that comply with legal requirements and reflect the company culture.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, development, and off‑boarding.
• Lead talent acquisition, partnering with hiring managers to define staffing needs, create job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate onboarding.
• Design and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance skills and professional growth.
• Administer benefits, compensation, and reward systems to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Stay current with HR trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months of relevant HR experience.
• Proven ability to lead and manage an HR function.
• Strong understanding of Nepalese labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
