HR Software Implementation Officer

About the role

We are seeking an HR Software Implementation Officer who bridges human resources expertise with technology. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their HR needs, configure our ATS and HRIS solutions, and ensure smooth adoption of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate client HR policies, processes, and workflows into software requirements.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of Talent Connects ATS and HRIS for new clients.
• Configure system modules, workflows, permissions, forms, and policies based on client specifications.
• Assist clients in setting up employee data, organizational structures, attendance, leave, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance and other HR processes.
• Coordinate with internal product and technical teams to resolve implementation issues.
• Deliver system demonstrations and user training for HR teams and employees.
• Prepare implementation plans, documentation, user guides and training materials.
• Monitor project progress, ensure timelines are met, and provide post-implementation support.
• Collect client feedback and collaborate with the Product Team on product improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR software implementation, HRIS/ATS deployment or related HR operations.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, processes and practices.
• Passion for HR technology and ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
