HR Officer – International HR Operations

About the role

The HR Officer – International HR Operations will manage the full HR lifecycle for the organisation’s entities in the UK, UAE and Canada. Based in Kathmandu, the role serves as the primary HR contact for employees and managers across these international locations, ensuring accurate and timely HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from manpower planning to contract issuance, coordinating with unit managers in the UK, UAE and Canada.
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, probation, confirmation and separation.
• Maintain confidential employee records, HR databases, contracts and related documentation.
• Administer attendance, leave, overtime and payroll inputs, and liaise with finance/payroll teams for timely processing.
• Handle employee relations matters such as grievances, disciplinary actions and performance management, providing HR guidance to managers.
• Coordinate employee exits, final settlements and clearance procedures, ensuring accurate calculations of salary, leave balances and benefits.
• Ensure HR practices comply with employment regulations and company policies in the UK, UAE and Canada.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration, documentation and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to work closely with managers and finance teams to meet HR timelines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
