HRIS & Payroll Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an HRIS & Payroll Functional Consultant to partner with clients and internal teams, translating business needs into effective HRIS and payroll solutions. The role involves providing functional support, configuring systems, and ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and support HRIS and payroll business processes and requirements.
• Provide functional assistance for payroll and HRIS queries and issues.
• Configure and implement payroll/HRIS solutions based on client specifications.
• Coordinate with clients and technical teams to identify and resolve functional problems.
• Manage multiple calls, queries, and client requests efficiently.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of payroll and HRIS functionalities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, issues, and resolutions.
• Handle several projects or tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and adapt to system changes.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, HR, Finance, IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with multilingual proficiency in Hindi, Nepali, and English.
• Professional presentation and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Problem‑solving mindset and strong coordination capabilities.
