Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will manage end‑to‑end HR and administration functions for our office in Sankhamul, Kathmandu. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment and selection: CV screening, candidate communication, interview coordination and follow‑up.
• Employee onboarding: issue offer/LOI, agreements, documentation and conduct orientation.
• Attendance management using eHajiri/Hamro Hajiri, maintain leave records and coordinate manual punches.
• Payroll support: verify attendance, process leaves, worksheets, claims and prepare payroll documentation.
• Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, experience letters, relieving letters and salary increment letters.
• Performance management: KPA/KPI evaluation, probation review and employee surveys.
• Employee relations: address workplace concerns, handle SSF, TDS and other compliance documentation.
• Maintain employee records, confidential files and support HR events, training programs and internal activities.
• Coordinate with department heads on staffing, attendance, performance and other employee matters.
• Manage resignation, handover, clearance and off‑boarding processes.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• General administrative coordination and other HR/Admin tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Proficiency with attendance systems (eHajiri/Hamro Hajiri) and basic payroll documentation.
