Human Resources Officer

About the role

Deltin International is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Officer to oversee daily HR operations, recruitment, and employee administration. The role ensures smooth coordination between staff, management, and external partners while maintaining compliance with labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations and employee‑related activities.
• Coordinate recruitment processes, including screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and attendance/leave data.
• Support payroll processing and other HR administrative tasks.
• Address employee queries and provide HR guidance.
• Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
• Promote employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
• Monitor workplace discipline and foster a positive work environment.
• Prepare HR reports while ensuring confidentiality of employee information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of Nepal labor laws and internal relations issues.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with department heads and management.
