Information Technology Sales Manager

About the role

The Information Technology Sales Manager will lead the sales of IT products and services for a dynamic technology organization. Based on-site in Lalitpur District, the role focuses on driving revenue, managing the sales pipeline, and building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop and present proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage key accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
• Forecast sales, report performance metrics, and contribute to sales strategy and market expansion initiatives.
• Mentor and guide sales staff, helping them achieve individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Strong account management abilities with a track record of growing client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading or managing a sales team and meeting revenue targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lalitpur and collaborate across functions.
• Familiarity with local market dynamics is a plus.
