Senior Associate, Sales and Business Development

About the role

Genese Solutions is seeking a Senior Associate to drive revenue growth across its global IT and cybersecurity consulting business. Based in Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur, you will identify new opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and build lasting client relationships to support the company’s expansion goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business leads through outbound and inbound channels to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process in the CRM, from initial contact to contract signing.
• Present and demonstrate Genese’s services and SaaS solutions to potential clients.
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals that meet profitability targets.
• Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accuracy and track progress.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key accounts to drive retention and referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross‑functional teams to align sales strategies with service offerings.
• Report on pipeline health, forecast sales, and conduct market and competitor analysis.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus).
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Meta Ads.
• Experience with SaaS products.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
