Marketing and Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing and Sales Representative to join our team. In this role you will be the face of our services, engaging both existing and prospective customers, showcasing solutions, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell our services to existing and prospective customers.
• Demonstrate solutions in our experience centre.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with consultants and customers.
• Generate leads through cold calling and outreach.
• Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to customers.
• Meet sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyse market potential, track sales and status reports.
• Stay updated on new developments and trends in the field.

Required profile

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven with a strong track record.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong prioritising, time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Preferably owns a two‑wheeler for local travel.
