Institutional Partnership Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Institutional Partnership Consultant to represent our smart EdTech platform in Biratnagar. The role focuses on building B2B relationships with schools, colleges and coaching centres, driving adoption of our classroom management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit educational institutions across Biratnagar and nearby areas to deliver product presentations to principals, directors and administrators.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, cold‑calling, live software demonstrations and closing partnership agreements.
• Serve as the primary local contact for onboarded institutions, overseeing implementation and addressing initial queries.
• Achieve and exceed field‑sales and onboarding targets set by management.

Required profile

• Graduate with strong sales potential; prior experience in EdTech or institutional sales is highly preferred.
• At least five years of experience in field sales, direct marketing or business development.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable approaching senior decision‑makers and working 100 % on‑field.
