Insurance Officer – Motor Fleet Claims

About the role
The Insurance Officer will manage motor insurance claims for Nebula Mobility’s fleet, ensuring timely processing, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with insurance companies, surveyors, service centres and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end motor insurance claims for the company’s fleet.
- Report accidents and prepare complete claim documentation.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors and service centres throughout the claim lifecycle.
- Follow up on claim approvals, settlements and reimbursements.
- Maintain detailed insurance and claim records.
- Verify repair estimates and invoices before settlement.
- Handle third‑party recovery cases when required.
- Prepare basic claim and settlement reports.
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure claim reimbursements are processed.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months of experience handling motor insurance claims.
- Proven ability to coordinate with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail for documentation and record‑keeping.
