Junior International Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Junior International Sales Executive to support our global sales and business development initiatives. This position is ideal for a confident communicator eager to start a career in B2B international sales, working with software, technology solutions, and IT outsourcing services.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential international clients and business opportunities.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, email, online research, cold calling and other outbound channels.
• Conduct outreach, qualify prospects and schedule meetings with sales or technical teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and activities in the CRM.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and support the development of international sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, IT or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development or lead generation.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach and cold calling.
