Junior Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Executive to promote and sell our products, build strong customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Demonstrate products/services and close sales through face-to-face or phone interactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers via various channels.
• Handle objections, resolve queries, and ensure timely delivery of ordered products.
• Follow up for payments and coordinate with accounts for invoicing.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, maintain data, and generate daily sales and collection reports.
• Operate company vehicles responsibly and maintain usage records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of sales or customer relationship management experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Valid driving license (mandatory).
