Junior Sales Officer – Bus Segment

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Officer for the Bus Segment to join our commercial vehicle sales team. The role focuses on generating new business, building customer relationships, and supporting the sales cycle for electric and conventional buses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads within the bus and commercial‑vehicle market.
• Conduct market research and regular customer visits to understand demand and requirements.
• Handle sales inquiries, follow‑ups, negotiations and support the full sales conversion process.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with Finance, Service and other departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Keep accurate records of customers, leads and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market trends and customer activity.
• Stay updated on product features, EV trends, competitor actions and industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (running or completed).
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, automotive or a related area; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Customer‑focused, target‑oriented and willing to travel for field visits.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools.
