Legal Associate – Corporate & Litigation

About the role

Kintsuwabi is seeking a capable Legal Associate to handle corporate, commercial and litigation matters. You will provide legal advice, draft and manage contracts, and support court proceedings for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and manage contracts, agreements, legal notices and other documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial and operational issues.
• Assist with court cases, including civil and criminal filings, documentation and procedures.
• Conduct legal research and identify regulatory risks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support company registration, licensing, renewals and government processes.
• Coordinate with external lawyers, courts, government authorities and other parties.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, cases and legal documents.

Required profile

• LL.B. or equivalent law degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands‑on experience in court cases (civil and criminal) is mandatory.
• Valid license to practice law in Nepal is preferred.
• Strong professionalism, integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
