About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Legal Trainee to support our in‑house legal and compliance functions. This position offers aspiring legal professionals practical experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, contract management, data privacy, and software product compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the legal team with day‑to‑day in‑house legal support and conduct legal research across jurisdictions.
- Support the review, drafting, proofreading, and management of contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal documents.
- Help monitor legal and regulatory developments, support compliance initiatives, and maintain legal documentation and contract records.
- Work with product, technology, finance, HR, and operations teams to address legal and compliance matters and prepare legal summaries, reports, and presentations.
