Loan Processor – Mortgage Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Loan Processor to support Australian mortgage brokers throughout the loan application and settlement lifecycle. This full‑time position is based in Kathmandu and is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in the mortgage and financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Australian mortgage brokers with end‑to‑end loan processing activities.
• Collect, review, and verify client documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and maintain loan application files in line with Australian compliance standards.
• Liaise with brokers, lenders, and internal teams via email and phone.
• Update loan statuses and maintain accurate records in CRM and lender systems.
• Ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines and service standards.
• Support settlement coordination and post‑approval documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.
