Logistics Manager – Warehouse & Dispatch

About the role

The Logistics Manager will oversee all warehouse activities for finished tiles and ceramics, ensuring safe storage, accurate inventory, and timely delivery to customers and distributors. This role combines operational oversight with team leadership to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receipt, storage, labeling, and handling of finished tiles and ceramics, maintaining cleanliness and safety.
• Plan and coordinate outbound deliveries, liaise with transport vendors, and optimise routes and schedules.
• Manage dispatch documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, and shipping records.
• Lead warehouse and logistics staff, provide training on processes and safety, and monitor performance.
• Develop and implement SOPs, identify efficiency improvements, and prepare reports on inventory, dispatch performance, and logistics KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in manufacturing or ceramics.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
