Logistics Station Operator

About the role

The role involves inbound processing of physical packages, transferring them to the sorting centre and handling failed deliveries. You will communicate with sellers, acknowledge receipts and provide excellent customer and seller service following Daraz SOPs. Effective email communication and complaint generation are also part of the duties.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming packages and move them to the sorting centre.
• Handle failed delivery packages, communicate with sellers and acknowledge receipt.
• Provide customer and seller support, addressing inquiries and complaints.
• Generate email communications and complaints as needed.
• Manage challenging interactions and handle after‑sales processes such as returns and refunds for walk‑in customers.

Required profile

• Strong reading and writing abilities for accurate documentation.
• Proficiency in computer operations and relevant warehouse management software.
• Ability to effectively use smartphones for communication and operational tasks.
• Valid driving licence and ownership of a two‑wheeler vehicle (bike/scooter).
