Marketing Assistant – Nepalgunj

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our Business Development & Marketing team in Nepalgunj. You will support regional campaigns, coordinate branding activities, and work closely with merchants, agents, and internal teams to boost our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Support regional marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
• Coordinate branding materials, roadshows, exhibitions, and events.
• Conduct market visits and assist field marketing and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with merchants, agents, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor brand visibility and ensure proper implementation of branding initiatives.
• Collect market feedback and help with campaign reporting and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, brand promotion, field marketing, or event coordination.
• Experience in fintech, telecom, FMCG, banking or digital services is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
• Ability to thrive in a field‑oriented, dynamic environment.
