Marketing & Business Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Marketing & Business Growth Manager to lead marketing, patient acquisition, lead conversion, and overall business growth for an established Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Clinic in Kathmandu.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze marketing performance, patient inquiries and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute effective marketing and patient acquisition strategies across digital channels.
• Manage campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and other relevant platforms.
• Improve the complete patient journey from inquiry to consultation, follow‑up and procedure booking.
• Build and maintain lead management and follow‑up systems.
• Track competitors, market trends, marketing spend, ROI and revenue.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinic staff on campaigns, offers, content and patient communication.
• Identify partnership, referral and local marketing opportunities to drive business development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, business development or growth.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and Meta advertising.
• Experience in healthcare, aesthetic, cosmetic or related industries is preferred.
• Excellent sales, communication, negotiation and follow‑up skills.
• Data‑driven, creative, proactive and able to work independently.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI is an advantage.
