Marketing Executive – Brand & Channel Activation

About the role

Saras Beverage is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility and channel activation across Nepal. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns, manage POSM assets, and report on promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate multi‑channel marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.
• Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver brand initiatives.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints.
• Prepare activation and POSM distribution plans aligned with commercial activities.
• Implement POSM at channel programs, optimizing distribution from stores to dealer points.
• Control POSM inventory to balance cost, expenditure, and returns.
• Identify and use relevant POS and POP items based on market needs and brand positioning.
• Collect and report competitor promotion activities by region.
• Train commercial teams and outsourced staff on proper material usage.
• Assist in selecting promotional items suited to events and market demand.
• Track and manage company assets such as coolers, vending machines, and premium visibility items.
• Prepare monthly reports on POSM distribution, consumption, channel marketing assets, activation events, and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in marketing or brand activation.
