Marketing Head (Finishing Industry)

About the role

The company is seeking a dynamic Marketing Head to lead its finishing industry division, focusing on furniture products. This onsite position in Narayangarh, Chitwan, offers the opportunity to shape marketing strategy and drive brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and attract new customers.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to boost sales and brand presence.
• Promote furniture products and services across relevant markets.
• Understand customer needs and deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Create innovative marketing ideas and new approaches to expand the market.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with sales and management teams to achieve business targets.
• Handle major clients and support long‑term business relationships.
• Plan and execute all marketing activities.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the furniture or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, confident, proactive personality.
• Solid knowledge of marketing strategies and business development.
• Ability to identify opportunities and develop new marketing ideas.
• Customer‑oriented with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Independent work style with a results‑driven mindset.
• Valid two‑wheeler and vehicle driving license.

• Competitive salary: NPR 40,000–50,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
