Marketing Manager – Clinic

About the role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our clinic’s brand. You will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, increase patient engagement, generate qualified leads, and support sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Build strong brand awareness and position the clinic as a trusted healthcare and wellness provider.
• Identify market opportunities, target segments, and growth areas.
• Lead digital marketing across social media, search engines, website, email and other channels.
• Create and manage performance‑driven campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment bookings.
• Coordinate content creation – posts, videos, educational materials, promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance using data and customer insights.
• Plan and execute service launches, seasonal promotions, health camps, seminars and community events.
• Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, media partners and influencers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare, wellness, beauty or service‑based marketing.
• Strong strategic planning ability combined with hands‑on execution skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with clinical, operations, sales and leadership teams.
