Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for Beyond Borders Educational Network. The role focuses on strengthening brand presence, generating leads and supporting overall growth across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing activities.
• Manage social media platforms, content and promotional activities.
• Identify target audiences and increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, institutions and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
• Plan and coordinate events, seminars, workshops and promotional activities.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Generate and follow up on marketing leads and opportunities.
• Represent the company at relevant events and networking activities.
• Travel as required for marketing activities, meetings, events and business purposes.

Required profile

• Experienced and results‑driven professional.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage budgets and track performance.
• Willingness to travel for events and meetings.
