About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Officer to support our client, a leading nationwide poultry company, in the Eastern Region of Nepal. The role focuses on driving sales growth, expanding the dealer network, and strengthening customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
- Develop and expand the dealer and customer network within the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits and gather intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
- Coordinate promotional and branding activities to increase market presence.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and provide timely market feedback to management.
Required profile
- Result‑oriented and self‑motivated professional.
- Minimum 24 months of relevant marketing or sales experience.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Eastern Region.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
