Media and Brand Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate storyteller and communications professional to raise public awareness and position Precious Waste Refinery as the leading voice in Nepal’s e‑waste and resource recovery sector. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape the brand narrative, secure media coverage and influence public perception through strategic communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s brand and public‑relations strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, media houses and institutional stakeholders.
• Secure coverage across newspapers, online portals, TV, radio, podcasts and other platforms.
• Write articles, opinion pieces, blogs, press releases, website content and other communication materials.
• Design campaigns that educate the public on responsible e‑waste management and resource recovery.
• Represent the company in interviews, conferences, public events and discussions.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen public image and institutional visibility.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to communicate vision and strategic initiatives.
• Support business‑development efforts by enhancing brand credibility and visibility.

• Proven ability to build public awareness and generate meaningful media attention.
• Excellent written communication skills for diverse formats.
• Comfortable representing the organization in public forums and media interviews.
