MEP BIM Modeler & HVAC Engineer (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking motivated MEP BIM Modelers and HVAC Engineers to join our growing design team in Kathmandu. You will create accurate 3‑D BIM models, support HVAC and MEP design work, and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high‑quality engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D BIM models for MEP systems using BIM software.
• Prepare and modify HVAC and MEP drawings and designs as required.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into building models.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements to develop accurate BIM models.
• Identify and resolve design clashes and conflicts with project teams.
• Ensure MEP designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Generate accurate quantity take‑offs and support project documentation.
• Assist in HVAC design, drafting, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with project management and design teams to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Stay updated with BIM technologies, software developments, industry trends, and best practices.
• Support junior team members and contribute to improving BIM workflows and standards.
