Merchant Acquisition & Activation Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Merchant Acquisition & Activation Executive to grow Briz’s network of local sellers. You will split your time between visiting shops in the field and supporting merchants from the office, ensuring they are successfully onboarded and actively using the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Visit local shops to introduce Briz, demonstrate its benefits, and acquire new merchants.
• Guide merchants through registration, profile setup, and app installation.
• Provide training on platform usage and respond to merchant inquiries.
• Conduct follow‑up calls, messages, and virtual support to drive activation.
• Maintain relationships, monitor activity, and re‑engage inactive merchants.
• Achieve weekly and monthly acquisition, onboarding, and activation targets.
• Collect merchant feedback and share insights with internal teams.
• Record visits, onboarding status, and performance metrics accurately.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in face‑to‑face sales and field interactions.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and willing to travel locally.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection.
• Own a two‑wheeler or hold a valid two‑wheeler license (preferred).
