Sales & Marketing Officer – School Partnerships

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Officer to build strong relationships with schools and promote outdoor and experiential education programmes. You will engage directly with school leaders, understand their needs and turn enquiries into confirmed student trips.

Key responsibilities

• Lead meetings and presentations with school directors, principals, coordinators and senior education leaders.
• Communicate the educational value, safety standards, learning outcomes and unique experiences of the programmes.
• Identify and approach potential partner schools in the Kathmandu Valley and other assigned regions.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into confirmed outdoor education trips.
• Maintain long‑term professional relationships with school leaders and institutional partners.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups regarding trip dates, grades, group sizes and programme requirements.
• Prepare proposals, itineraries, quotations and other sales materials in coordination with management.
• Keep accurate records of visits, leads, meetings, confirmed trips and expected revenue.
• Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets.
• Represent the company at school meetings, educational events, workshops and promotional programmes.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure realistic commitments and clear communication.
• Collect feedback and market information on school preferences, competing programmes and emerging needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
• Prior experience in institutional sales, school relations, education marketing or a similar service‑based sector.
• Excellent spoken English and strong professional communication skills in both English and Nepali.
• Confidence in communicating with senior school leaders and ability to work independently.
