About the role
Criico's Management Trainee Program offers fresh graduates a structured path into mobile app development, combining hands‑on technical training with exposure to product thinking and the full app lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining mobile app features under senior developer guidance.
- Translate UI/UX designs (Figma) into responsive, functional mobile screens.
- Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs into mobile app screens and flows.
- Debug and fix issues reported by QA or users, including device‑specific bugs.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand‑ups.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or fresh graduate eager to start a career in mobile development.
- Willingness to learn best practices in mobile performance, offline handling, and security.
Required skills
- Experience with mobile app development frameworks.
- Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design tools such as Figma.
- Understanding of app store submission processes for Google Play and Apple App Store.
