About the role
Nepal Micro Insurance Company Ltd. is expanding its team and seeks qualified Nepali citizens for several senior and staff positions across its head office in Kathmandu and provincial offices.
Key responsibilities
- Chief Marketing Officer – develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy.
- Chief Financial Officer – oversee financial planning, reporting and risk management.
- Province Head – Marketing – lead regional marketing initiatives and coordinate with provincial branches.
- Marketing Staff (Assistant to Officer Level) – support marketing activities, campaign execution and market research.
- Assistant IT Department – provide basic IT support and maintain office technology.
Required profile
- Relevant academic qualifications.
- Experience in insurance, banking or financial institutions preferred (senior roles).
- Strong communication skills in Nepali and English.
- Leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Fresh graduates may apply for Marketing Staff positions.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
