On-Trade Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic On‑Trade Officer to join Agro Thai Foods’ sales team in Nepal. The role focuses on expanding product presence in on‑trade outlets, ensuring product availability and building strong relationships with outlet owners and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Visit at least 10 on‑trade outlets daily to generate orders and strengthen customer relationships.
• Maintain the Minimum Balance Quantity (MBQ) of products at each outlet.
• Promote company products, offers and promotional activities to increase sales and brand visibility.
• Act as the Outlet In‑Charge for selected outlets, handling spot sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor product availability, sales performance and outlet requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and effective promotional execution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Target‑oriented with a strong drive to meet sales goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently while covering multiple locations (Kathmandu, Banepa, Bhaktapur, Patan).
• Organised and able to manage daily reporting and documentation.
