Operation Network & Maintenance Coordinator – Fiber Networks

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and detail‑oriented Operation Network & Maintenance Coordinator (ONM) to oversee our daily fiber network operations. In this role you will serve as the core link between field technicians, the Network Operations Center (NOC), and administrative teams to maintain maximum route stability, ensure rapid fault resolution, and minimize network downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, dispatch, and coordinate daily O&M activities with field technicians and supervisors.
• Manage emergency outage responses, log faults, track resolution progress, and handle escalation protocols.
• Monitor fiber route stability and proactively assign field teams for routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate route logs, joint box records, and network maintenance documentation.
• Ensure field teams have necessary tools, testing equipment, and materials ready for operational tasks.
• Act as the central communication point between NOC, field teams, and management.
• Conduct route audits to verify the quality and safety standards of maintenance and repair work.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports on network health and team deliverables.

Required profile

• +2 Passed, Diploma in a technical field, or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates/entry‑level candidates are encouraged).
• Must possess a personal laptop for work and reporting duties.
• Basic understanding of fiber network operations and telecom infrastructure.
• Strong coordination, multitasking, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to perform calmly and decisively under pressure during critical network outages.
• Proficiency in basic software tools such as MS Excel, Word, or reporting dashboards.
