Operations and Finance Coordinator

About the role

Swornim Corp is seeking an experienced Operations and Finance Coordinator to support the daily operations of its Australian business. This is a full‑time remote position that requires a proactive individual who can take ownership of tasks, solve problems, and become a key member of the management team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Maintain debtor reports and ensure timely payment collection.
• Monitor WhatsApp groups, record operational issues and client concerns, assign them, and ensure resolution.
• Coordinate recruitment activities: advertise vacancies, screen candidates, arrange interviews, and assist with onboarding.
• Prepare operational reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
• Follow up on timesheets, documentation, and outstanding tasks.
• Collaborate with supervisors and management to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Identify process improvements and help build better business systems.
• Be available for urgent operational matters outside normal business hours when required (on‑call).

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in operations or finance coordination.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to see tasks through to completion.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to be on‑call for urgent matters outside regular hours.
